Data Deletion Instructions

Quiet Guys Landscaping (operating the Opsly platform at ops.quietguyslawn.com) lets you request deletion of the personal data we hold about you, including any Instagram messages and profile information we received when you contacted our business account.

How to Request Deletion

1. Email david@quietguyslawn.com from the email or with the Instagram username you used to contact us.
2. Put "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.
3. Tell us which information you want removed (or request full deletion of all your data).

We will verify your request and permanently delete the associated data from our systems within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records. We will email you to confirm once the deletion is complete.
